It’s good to have a lot of tools to choose from, but we often find we rely some tools more often than others because they give us what we need with great consistently and value.
This is a question for all the Community Managers out there, we’re not necessarily looking for features that you would want in a Community Platform, but those that give you the most valuable over time.
