For the second year in a row Social Fresh (Partner of TheCommunityManager.com) has created a community manager survey aimed at putting more data around the burgeoning role. Last year’s survey focused on information collected regarding community manager salaries and what to expect, but this year the survey has grown to focus more on the background of a community manager, and parsing out what experience makes a CM, or where they are currently working (industry/department).
The goal is to get 500 Community Managers, which will in turn be a good sampling of true data. The survey is anonymous, and we will follow up on TheCommunityManager.com once the results are posted on Social Fresh. It only takes 2-3 minutes, so please share your thoughts:
